Commercial service provisioning

This work item was created in autumn 2009 to address the exchange of experience as well as current issues to be solved for commercial service providers. It will discuss issues and initiate actions of joint interest of commercial service providers to increase commercial success.

As a first activity, it initiated a joint letter from fifteen DVB-H service providers worldwide to main device vendors asking for an update of their device roadmaps to enable a wide variety of devices for mass market development.

In 2010, the work item will be active on a case-by-case basis.

The work item is chaired by Claus Sattler, bmcoforum.
